The Kakskolmonen business park is located in a logistically excellent location right next to Highway 23. The municipality of Pomarkku has 9 plots in the area and a private landowner has 2 plots. The area of the municipality's plots in the local plan is 5.000 m²-7.000 m². The plot division in the local plan is indicative, meaning that the plots can also be sold smaller and larger. The areas of the private landowner's plots are as much as 2,2 ha and 2,4 ha. The plot division is also indicative for them.
The pricing of the plots is as follows:

Other terms and conditions of sale of plots
The total price of the plot includes water and sewerage connection. The buyer of the plot must build an industrial building within three years from the date of purchase to a level of completion that allows the building inspection authority to conduct a commissioning inspection. The municipal government may extend the construction period upon application. The contractual penalty for failure to comply with the construction obligation in block 350 is four (4) x the purchase price and in block 351 two (2) x the purchase price.

Riuttantie Industrial Area
The Riuttantie industrial area is located along good transport connections on the eastern edge of the Pomarkku parish settlement, behind the old Pori-Haapamäki railway along Riuttantie. The area has 2 large, approximately 4000 m2, industrial plots available. The plots can be combined into larger ones if necessary.
