Starting Tuesday, September 1, there will be changes in the contact methods for elderly services, family care, children, youth and family services, oral health care and disability services.
The new centralized service numbers will be implemented from Tuesday 1.9 September, when the phone numbers previously used in the services will be removed from the website. Current customers of the services can still contact their own employee and use the contact information provided to them. In the future, new contacts will be directed through the following service numbers.
- Informal care customer guidance is combined with advice and guidance for the elderly 044 701 0328
- Children, youth and family services, customer guidance 044 707 8452
- Oral health care 044 707 8451 (open 8 am-15 pm)
- Disability services 044 707 8450
Professionals answer calls on weekdays between 9 am and 15 pm.
