The Welfare Board decided at its meeting on 20 May 2026 that in future only group leaders will have access cards for group activities. The leader will take care of the group. Individual people do not need to load usage time onto their access card.
This practice is the most common way to operate at sports facilities. It also avoids the spread of "useless" access cards and possible abuse.
