The Kirkonkylä school is only 500 meters away. The plots are large and comfortable. The Asemamäki area is located in the village of Pomarkku, near the former railway station, approximately 1 km from the village centre. The area is close to nature and offers excellent outdoor activities.
There are 6 vacant plots in the Asemanmäki area. The area was put into use in the early 1990s and 15 of its plots have been sold. The plots have an area of 1.300-2.200 m² and a price of 0,58 – 1,00 €/m². The building plan does not set any requirements for the facade of the buildings. The area has municipal engineering and road lighting.
Water and sewer connections are inexpensive in Pomarkku. For example, the water and sewer connection for a detached house with an apartment area of 130 m² costs a total of approximately 2.800 euros. The buyer must build the plot within three years.
The Mikkolanmäki area is located approximately 1 km from the center of the village, north of Kiilholmantie. The area has 1.700 plots of approximately 2.000–15 m². The plots in the area are mainly sloped plots that meet the wishes of even the most demanding builder. Price 3,36 €/m².
The pleasant area of Kettumäki is located approximately 1,5 km south of the center of the village. The area is mainly built up and there are still 5 plots left. The area of the plots is approximately 1200 m. The plots are sold for 0 euros! The area is equipped with municipal technology and street lighting. The plots are level plots. There are no restrictions on the appearance of the buildings or building materials in the area.
Uusikylä eco-plots
Pomarkku Municipality has large eco-plots for sale near Uusikylä vt 23. The water supply is next door. The sale price is based on an up-to-date estimate of the value of the trees. The size of the plots is approximately 0,65-0,76 ha. The price of the plots based on the tree estimates is approximately 2.000-10.000 euros.

Jaakkolantie plots
In the lively and friendly village of Honkakoski, there are four (4) large detached house plots for sale along Jaakkolantie in the village center. The plots are as large as 5.007-6.187 m². The municipality is building a road and a water main in the area. The price of the plots is 1,50 euros/m². The price includes the trees on the plot. Two of the plots are beautiful southern slope plots. Honkakoski is located along the Vt 23, just a 10-minute drive from Kankaanpää. And Pori is only half an hour away.
